Uh..... If we can't download your great software today, we can always consider buying it because paying customers have your sincerest priority? Why would I want to buy something from a company that can't seem to get it together for a special promotion?

Was going to give this one a try, but after reading the developers own comment (#19) "if you cannot download our great software today you can always consider buying it. Paying customers always have our sincere priority." Maybe next time I want to test drive a new car to see if it's what I like, I'll just buy it instead!

I believe I speak for all GOTD users.

The service is offered by GOTD to offer free software that can be accessed for 24 hours for its users free of charge to give the chance taking advantage of a software gift. Which is great and I am thankful for this.
If that service fails, due to reasons of the developer, then re-consider that you may lose, instead of gaining customers.

What happened today, so far, is just not acceptable.

This tool is not bad at all but the annoying and silly registration process discouraged me to install it in my machine.

Great way to...lose new potential customers: congratulation to the developer of this program...LOL!!

And besides that, why pay 20 bucks or waste my time to fill in cumbersome and useless online forms, if it's possible do the same things and even more with great FREE APPS like:

Thank you GOTD for your effort in bring us another fine software, unfortunately, the software company was not prepared for the responds it has received. There comment was, buy the product and well be happy to assist you. I guess I miss the meaning of free and with the way they have responded to the request for help from the GOTD members, I will not be using this software now or in the future.
