First of all, the program you referenced is "Handbrake", not "Hanbrake". More importantly, "Handbrake" does NOT provide decryption of protected BlueRay DVDs! It ("Handbrake") does NOT work better or even do the same things.

This version is 3.0.0, atleast it says so at install.

Ummm read the instructions in the readme.txt.
There is no name, just a serial, the software asks for the serial at first launch. GE, did you even install the software? It will nag you for the registration code over and over at every launch till you put it in.
