Downloaded and installed the 64-bit version on 64-bit version of Windows 7 SP1: frozen interface, reacted after 10 minutes, impossible to do anything with it. Restarted, turned computer off and on, same result. Uninstalled, reinstalled 32-bit version, same result. Completely useless because interface freezes and I cannot even login or do anything. Checked administrator, the Anymusic exe opened 9 times. Any solution to this? Thanks

My subscription says "AnyMusic Win Annually" and according to the AnyMusic Team, lifetime membership is applied to all version of AnyMusic. Our giveaway is only available for the new users (which I am). So, is this only the 1 year membership that will expire in a year or is this the lifetime membership that was promised??
