Easily installed and registered.
Tested it.
Got YouTube video download feature.
Downloaded the YouTube flv video and then converted it to XviD codec to a folder of my choice.
This was done swiftly in 2 moves.
Just paste in the video URL to download.
When download has finished, click on the right arrow button to Convert.
It converted a 5minute 56second music video in 30 seconds exactly.
Output image and audio quality of resulting avi file was good.
Of course file size is bigger from flv (19.2MB) to avi (48.4MB).
A very good software.
#4 You should put your brain in to gear before opening your mouth, there is no way you could have tested the program fully is such a short time - I've been using this program for months and haven't had a single problem. The sync loss is sync is most likely caused by lack of processing/ram power as it can be heavy or system resources. In short does what it says on the tin!
Woh!! Today's giveaway is a KEEPER for me....works like a charm and turned out to be pretty fast to convert a couple of videos, I had previously downloaded on Youtube, without suffering any significant loss quality.

Why am I recommend this tool today?
Simply because it converts not only audio and video files, but also photos and, besides that, it burns CDs/DVDs as well.
It can also bypass DRM on audio files and turn 2D videos into 3D.
So I think it's worth a try and not just because it's FREE for a few hours yet!!

Tried a few of them - WinX HD Converter, Wondershare Ultimate and Urex. Out of those 3, Urex was the slowest by far, but also the most effective by far. WinX would "cr*p" itself with a HD file. Wondershare converts a 16:9 file (captured in PAL), but gets its aspect ratio messed up as it converts to 5:4. They all have a lot to learn - and I don't think their products are commercially viable just yet - No wonder they often have giveaways.
The only converter I've had lots of success with, whether its a HD or SD file, is the freeware - Handbrake. It rocks. As they say, some of the best things in life are free.

変換スピードはCUDA使わない初期設定のままでXMedia Recode3.0.1.3の倍近く遅かった。
ただXMedia Recodeで時々音声が変換できない、プレビューで映像が倍速になってトリミングが難しいTSがあったが、このソフトでは普通に2chステレオとして変換できた。
画質は大差ないかな？中低画質実写はこの2つよりaviutlの方がきれい。
映像効果の「油絵」はムービーメーカーに比べたら全然使えない、、ってとこです。
