Installed and registered without problems on a WIn 8.1.3 Pro 64 bit system.
We had the previous version Pro 10.0 on May 21, 2014. Here are the old reviews:

Create a WinPE bootable media without installing AIK/WAIK, saving your valuable time and energy.
I tested the creation of a bootable disk. The 470 MB ISO was created in some minutes, taken the data from the operating system. I am not sure, if this works on older Windows versions.
A reliable Chinese company and one of the many partition tools. I did not test the partitioning itself, assuming, that this standard operation would work.
If you don't have a partition tool, why not take this. You can make the bootable ISO anyhow, keep this and remove the program.
Uninstalled via reboot. I rely on bootable media for these operations.

Tested the generated ISO. Copied with YUMI 2.0.1.2 on an USB stick. File is contiguous.
Booted the USB stick, the WIN 8 logo appeared, together with the moving circle, showing, that Windows was booting. After a minute or so, the boot process stopped without message or warning and the system rebooted again.
In my case the bootable disk does not work. Test it, before you rely on a working bootable media.
After a very simple install and registration and reading your comments regarding a boot disk decided to make one of my own.
Selected to create a CD boot disk, on start it downloaded WinPE, it then started to create an ISO file this took a few minutes, then it burned it to disk.
Absolutely no problems booting from this disc which on opening revealed the partition program.

I have been using EaseUS Partition Master Free for more than 3 years. I am happy and satisfied with its service . Yet It has not failed or created any nuisanse on my system as well as on any of my friend's system during the basic operations such as creating,moving or resizing , merging of partition.
The Free version can not create WinPE bootable Disk
