* You can copy a whole hard drive or partition.
* Supports RAID.
* Works on hard disks of upto 2 TB in size.
* You can hide/unhide partitions.
* Has some "error checking" features.
* You can password protect the program.
* Copy dynamic disk feature.
* You can create a bootable disk.
The Bad
* The new "extend NTFS partition without reboot" does not always work... it asks for reboot sometimes.

For those who may have reservations about using a hard drive partition utility program, I would to state that I have used EASEUS Partition Master 3.5 Professional Edition, which I downloaded in March 2009 from GAOTD. And based on my repeated use of the program, I did not experience any problems whatsoever. In fact, I was substantially impressed by its overall performance. Regardless, I always recommend doing a full backup of your drive beforehand.

Different versions of Easeus Partition Mgr have been featured on GOTD before, and they've build a good reputation for products that work. Their main competition AFAIK is Paragon, which also produces excellent software that's been on GOTD in the past. If you have already picked up & are happy with Paragon's Partition Mgr, today's Easeus Partition Mgr Pro 4.01 may seem redundant, but with new & different features, plus 64 bit support, IMHO it's well worth the download & install. Early this year, using older versions of both Paragon & Easeus partition mgr.s, I was doing some involved disk & partition shuffling across 3 PCs -- I found Easeus better for some tasks, Paragon for others... having a 2nd program to try when 1 failed to do what I needed turned out to be a lifesaver.
That said, & from their FAQ, while Easeus Partition Mgr works in Vista 64 bit, it is still a 32 bit program, with hopefully a full 64 bit version in the works. From the Easeus site, New features include 2 TB Windows partition support, Dynamic Volume Copy, new copy wizards, & extending NTFS System Partition without reboot. Extending a NTFS system partition without re-booting requires stopping running apps -- with Vista &/or 7 it can sometimes be challenging to stop programs running in the background, which I suspect may be behind Ashraf's problems getting this feature working. At the same time, the Easeus site doesn't list the Pro version of their partition mgr as supporting Windows Server, & if you're not running a server, avoiding a re-boot is far from critical.
If you're going to use Easeus Partition Mgr. Pro (or whatever partitioning software), it'll probably be when you're setting up a new system, or when you get a new hard drive, or when you add an OS, like the new Windows 7. Simplified, when you add a partition you're just dividing up your hard drive, much like adding a folder in Windows' Explorer -- the difference is you're actually creating a new drive letter & your PC/laptop will treat the new partition as if it is a separate hard drive. Partition Mgr Pro let's you create, delete, copy, & size hard drive partitions [along with other features the average user will never care about]. Unlike most software, it's something you will use very, very rarely -- I think that's one reason many users like the Linux Gparted boot CD, putting up with a more difficult interface so they don't have to have anything installed.
You'd use Easeus Partition Mgr. Pro if you wanted to try, or move to Windows 7 for example, as it needs to be installed to it's own hard drive/partition. Often the most practical approach is to partition your existing Windows drive, install win7 to the new partition, & keep your existing software & version of Windows just where it is -- that way every time you boot you have the choice of which OS to start. That means you can keep on using hardware like printers if win7 drivers aren't available, & keep on using software that may not work in win7, or you can't install because you got it from GOTD, or you just haven't gotten around to installing it in win7 yet. Later on if you feel there's no reason to keep XP hanging around, you can get rid of it, using Partition Mgr. Pro to shrink that partition, & growing the win7 partition to take over all that disk space. Or you may decide win7's not for you, & make that whole partition go away, using Partition Mgr. Pro to reclaim the disc space for your original Windows' partition.
No matter what software you use, DO remember to back everything up [preferably to an external drive or removable media like DVDs] before doing anything with any partition. Even if the partition's on another drive, countless times people get confused, make a mistake, & loose a partition they needed -- a big reason partition recovery software exists.

Great program. I have used it many times when I've needed to reorganise my system and regain space, create and destroy partitions. I have a 1Tb drive and has saved me a lot of time and effort when I have realised I have the wrong size and number of partitions set up.
@6 - I run Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 and it works great on all of them, never had a problem.
