Please add a comment explaining the reason behind your vote.
Be careful to back up your database to a human-readable format semi-frequently. In case you lose this giveaway, and didn't remember any of your passwords except for one, you'd be in a very tight spot.
Note: they have a page on Softpedia, and says that they got 5/5 on a Editor's review. However, I can't find it. All I've seen was a user review from Lugas with 5/5.

Fairly decent password manager. Stores passwords in an encrypted database (AES and Twofish). Includes a password generator with many options. Does not autofill the username or password in websites. Cannot compare with Roboform or Sticky Password, because they are for a different purpose than this one. If you need something just to store your passwords safely, use this.

Installs, registers & operates just fine on Windows 7.
It is fast, has a friendly, easy to understand GUI.
This program has been around a long time, so it definitely is not a "haking tool". ;)
If, for some reason, you are curious about the word "eudemon", it translates into English from Greek to mean "Friendly Ghost" or "Guardian Angel". So I am assuming it means "Password Guardian Angel" and not "Casper the Friendly Password Manager Ghost."

This represents a single point of failure for your password security. If this file gets corrupted or hacked you have lost all you passwords. Store individual passowords in text files (or better still .jpg's as they cant be searched) and zip or rar them with password protection
