Keeping having "Length cannot b less than zero" error regardless of what I am trying to download.

I guess I'm too stupid to run this one. I click on download and get an error message:
"Length cannot be less than zero"
"Parameter name: length: http blah blah"
Get same error on everything I tried downloading. Went to there website but they don;t have any info there. As a matter of fact they don't even list this program on their website page that shows their programs.

A wonderful, open-source, 100% FREE for lifetime software program (called MIRO) may be downloaded at http://www.getmiro.com
MIRO does the same as this program and more.
That said, the EXTRA YOUTUBE DOWNLOADER + CONVERTER downloaded, installed, and registered very smoothly on Windows Vista Home Premium, 32-bit, Operating System. It also has a very nice, easy-to-read and follow, pleasant-looking, user-friendly interface.
Please note that, in order to register the software program, you will need to first click on the Video Converter Button on the main, primary video download window/menu/pane, after which you will be taken to the Video Converter secondary window/menu/pane.
At the lower, right-hand section of this secondary page, you will then need to click on the Register Button to enter the key code.
In summary, I rate today's GiveAway program a perfect 10.

i have only one thing to say about this software! GAOTD has offered many youtube downloaders before but this software is "exceptionally brilliant" It does both download and convert videos! And the videos seems to be compatible with my ipod! it also has a very good GUI! Probably worth the download!

I can't get the downlaoder to work. It keeps telling me that the length can't be less than zero. No options page towork with. any help?
