The blurb above says

But the version supplied is the Home version which says no commercial use

How does that tie up with the blurb for this sites users?
Where are the images stored when the URL is created, your site is not clear on this. Also the following from http://www.jetscreenshot.com/terms.php does not fill me with confidence to use this for business purposes.

•We may remove your content from our server at any time without any confirmation
I'll stick to the incredible easy copy and paste into an email to share my screenshots.

Was so surprised by your comment that I decided to test SnagIt7 on Win7; I didn't test every aspect but had no problems capturing using the SnagIt 7 program.
Possibly your problem is something to do with a Windows setting or your hardware.
Win7 users don't be put off it may be worth giving it a try.
