Paragon's products are always keepers, if'n you ask me. I've been extremely pleased with the Paragon products I've licensed (Hard Disk Manager, Drive Copy, Backup and Virtualization Manager) - heck, I "discovered" Paragon tools through GAOTD.

Plus, I think it speaks well for the vendor that they've added a note on the product's web page saying

@russ I am not sure it is their servers. It took me 3 minutes to download. The file is large, 300mb plus. The reason it is so large is that Paragon includes an ISO image of a full recovery CD. This includes a complete operating system with networking and their software that you can boot to if your computer is not booting off of the hard drive.

Paragon products are always a keeper for me.

I have Paragon Backup & Recovery™, version 10, build 10444 (14.07.10 ) Home Special Edition. Given what Kiwi says about all the functions which are in the Home Edition but not in today's Compact edition, wouldn't it be better to keep the slightly older Home 10 instead of replacing it with today's 11 Compact? Or is "Home Special Edition" also missing all those extra functions as well?

You really should have a table comparing ALL your many versions---including Special and Compact. It always takes an incredible amount of research to find out whether a given version is more than or less than what we already have......
