Thanx GotD for another fine program!

Still, as for PDF file modifications I prefer the free (for personal or commercial use) PDFill PDF Tools (http://www.pdfill.com/pdf_tools_free.html) which can:

12. Convert PostScript File into PDF
13. Add PDF Information
14. Scan into Image or PDF
15. Create Transparent Image (PNG)
It is always good to have an alternative at hand, and if it is free of charge - it is even better :)

Sorry, PDFSam is better.
PDF Protector, Splitter and Merger 1.0 is good, but it needs preservation of hyperlinks from original .pdf files after merging.

Downloaded and installed without a problem under win7 x64.

It split and merged some small PDF files of about 200 pages each.

But it failed:
1. When i tried to split a 1400 pages PDF since the program crashed.
2. When i tried to split/merge PDFs that contained Greek characters, reporting a failure message.
3. When i tried to split/merge PDFs that contained links by converting them to plain text.

This program is a big NO for me. Uninstalled and voted negatively.

downloaded and installed on windows 7 home 64 bit easy install merged 2 books 201 pages and 560 pages very fast then split them apart in several different ways I could find a use for this app.
