Replied to #2, thanks Seth for your detailed guide. For users who have not installed Perfect365 before, after installation the program will run and the product activation page will pop up automatically. Then follow following steps.

1. Click Get Keycode Now, it will redirect you to ArcSoft online shopping cart

2. You will see the total is $0.00, just click Secure Checkout and fill in your Billing information(no any payment info need)
3. Click Continue and you will get your own activation code binding with your email address

4. Fill in your email address and activation code in the product activation page, click Activation. Done and enjoy yourself.

I downloaded the software and installed it as instructed. I activated and registered the software as instructed. I received the keycode via e-mail and entered it accordingly and it seemed like I had the registered copy. However, the next time I opened the software it had the same window for activating the software and requested my e-mail and keycode. I re-entered the keycode and e-mail address copying the exact information from the e-mail message I received and the popup said registration failed. It seems it just collected my contact information without allowing me to receive a fully functional program. Waste of disk space and time. Thumbs down.

For those having problems with #24 John's link try this:

Then apply the coupon code "GOTDFREE14". You will then be asked for name, address, etc. but no credit card info.

Don't have time to dump this on the home machine for a certain someone to try out, but might as well get this activated now.
