Installed and activated but print function is not working . Also after download which SW need to print or open. ?

How do you export as an image? The only way I can get the image is to use the Snip app & save as jpg.
Also, print function does not work for me either, as previous commenter mentioned. Goes to blank print window in printer dialog box.

Paint will open the file so you can print, but will need to be resized even though it looks small on the screen, it takes up most of a 8X11 page when printed.
