The Good
* Pretty much point and click in terms of user friendliness.
* Built right into browser making it convenient to download videos at a click of a button.
* Can burn videos after they download.
* Gives popup notice when a "downloadable" video is detected.

The Bad
* Browser dependent - only works with Internet Explorer and Firefox.
* Need to keep the (annoying) toolbar - no way to isolate just the necessary buttons.
* Developer claims to be able to save as FLV and AVI yet there seems to be no any way to save as AVI.
* Developer is not very clear on what are all the supported video streaming websites.

Vista sp2 + IE8 + FF3.55:

1) Install, register well;
2) When on Youtube and click on 'Save video', a popup comes out saying "There is no recognized link to video. This happens to my both IE8 and Firefox 3.55.

Final verdict: not for me, uninstall it.

A total waste. Did not download one file for me. It will take over your home page so do a custom install and uncheck the box. I uninstalled after 10 mins.

I found out why I got all the ads on my Google home page the program changers your home page address too http://www.google-feed.net/?CID=2&PID=STV.

Change it back to http://www.google.com and the adds will be gone.

Mate , unfortunately, you have to start the Video Running before the Program recognises the download link. But it does work ..
