Well, I didn't install the program itself, since I got a little hint on the last version (mentioned by Karl #3) to look at their website.
I tried to open both the link that was offered today (http://www.slicemaker.com/product_view_3.htm#.U0Zt1FfPGUk) as the previous link (http://www.slicemaker.com/product_view_1.htm).
After all this is a program which is supposed to help you making websites, so, that considered, their website should display what they are capable of.
Too bad it took me over 3 minutes to get the two pages (partially) loaded, and I'm not using a 14k4 modem.
That is completely unacceptable in this era, especially for a company offering "website creation software".
ps. as I finished writing this, another 4-5 minutes passed, and the one of the two pages is still not fully loaded.

Below are sever problems that some GAOTD users have met today:
1) When registering our software with the license key, you may get these 2 error messages: “Please connect Internet to check your identification!” OR " “Server error, please contact us!”---------These 2 problems are caused by the large traffic, please try to register our software later. And, we promise that you can register our software successfully before April 30th, so please don't worry about not registering successfully before the deadline (24 hours later).
2) Some users registered our software successfully but after our software is automatically restarted, you may get the message "Our software is still a trial version."-------This problem is also caused by the server, and please don't worry about that and try to register our software later, too.

Downloaded and installed on Windows7 with no problems.
Registration details enclosed via txt file, so no going on line, but patience needed after clicking 'Register'.
Registration name and Registration key need to be pasted into 'User Name' and 'Password' boxes.
Slice Maker Deluxe 3.6 looks impressive, and to be honest, to a fellow who has been writing HTML in notepad since 1998, a little overwhelming.
Comes in three flavours, 'Standard', 'Platinum', and 'DeLuxe', which is the one offered here. There's a demo video on their web page and several tutorials on Youtube.
It will take quite some time to evaluate, but it could well be the answer to many of my current problems so, many thanks to GAOTD and to Slice Maker

Could not install on a Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit system.
On my system, the installer simply does not work. No warning, no error message.
We had had the SliceMaker Standard version 3.5 on June 5th, 2013. Here are the reviews :
