I tried extracting the program from the downloaded file, but kept receiving the error message: "Invalid progress: 102760821 of 126377576"

So I was able to download and register fine. Program starts, nice simple interface. I did a quick update to SETTINGS to put the downloads into a music folder in my DOWNLOADS folder and setup was complete (including registration).
* I clicked on ALBUM SEARCH and select one of the albums that comes up. It shows about 10-12 videos in the interface and I select the music side of DOWNLOAD ALL but nothing happens.
* I tried the same with the video option of DOWNLOAD ALL with same results.
* I tried using SEARCH and found an album, clicked on it and it prompted me to sign into my YouTube account which I begrudgingly did. Same results, nothing happens.
* I switched to CATALOG, many options there. I selected YouTube again and selected an album. It plays it, but no download options.
* Went back to SEARCH and looked for a single song, no album or playist. MP4 Downloader went out to lunch, never returned.
* Last ditch effort, went to ALBUM SEARCH again, picked an album, from the list of options I clicked the little download arrow ON one of the songs, chose music, nothing. Tried video, nothing.
At this point, left it installed and posting this in case the provider can comment on what I'm doing wrong. If not, RevoUninstaller will be my friend later this afternoon.
