From the write up we can see that the promise of some system 'management' is naive to say the least. Most of this offering you already have courtesy of Microsoft [Ctrl+Alt+Del].
For the rest try Advanced System Care V5 (freeware).
Don't you get annoyed by MeToo offerings for money?
Well...this is an EXCELLENT piece of Software that does what it claims flawlessly and effectively!! THUMBS UP from me!!
So I can't figure out why it got so many negative comments and ratings so far...and anyway what's the point of saying that it's an useless program without never quoting any better free alternative??
Totally misleading and useless comments in my view...

The simple no-nonsense installation and registration is a reflection of the product itself.
I have been using this program since the last time it was offered and have found it most useful.
It combines many functions generally not all available in a single program.
From a personal point of view I find “Disk Activity” and “Bandwidth Monitor” particularly useful and easy to get at tools.
Don't be put off by all the early negative comments, it is well worth having a look at, many I'm sure will find it indispensable.
There is no use of this software .Most of funtctions are present in windows and other are present in sysinternal suite.wastage of $22
