Hany, You're right, it doesn't work, I tried it on a Youtube video that does have a transcript but I still get the same message as you and I tried every combination of check boxes in the program.

I'd like to be able to test TranscriptSnagger with a video provided by Synchrimedia.
Unfortunately the example given on the publisher's website does not work (the video www.youtube.com/watch?v=Io0X2ZdEIQ4 is not available).
If the objective of a giveaway for a software publisher is to convince a large audience that a new tool is (or may be) useful, a working example should be provided. Or he/she will get lots of comments along the line of Hany's (#1).

This software only works with videos that have subtitles but doesn't works with auto-generated ones. Their message is therefore misleading, they should just say it only works with subtitled videos. I tried it and in that case it works fine and can be useful... But how many videos have subtitles in youtube? Not many...
