Downloaded and installed fine. Interface looks good but when I tried to convert a video it crashes. OS is Vista Home Basic 32 SP2. Tried running as administrator but still crashes. Then tried running as administrator and compatability set to WinXP SP2 but still crashes. At this point I'm giving up.

Installed on Vista and XP, interface looks good, crashes upon convert at any format/size. Disappointed, as it looked promising.

keeps shutting down after selecting and pressing start

I tried dvd to avi and dvdpath(hdd) to avi on XP 32b SP3
