Renamer-Lite=DenisKozlov-portable [can rename selected Folders only (and not the files inside the folders). Also has scripts]
Total Commander (shareware) -portable (Multi-Rename Tool) - powerful and convenient. Also can rename selected folders only and not the files inside the folders. (which very few rename software can do) Can batch rename extensions easily.
